TICKETS & REFUNDS:

  • All sales are final, no refunds. Please contact info@publicsweat.com to inquire about changing the date of your booking. However, there is no guarantee that date changes will be accommodated as they are subject to availability.

  • This is a rain or shine event

  • If we are required to close during the session you booked, we will do our best to notify you by email in advance and work to reschedule your session or provide a refund. 

  • Public Sweat reserves the right to cancel or modify the services, or any parts therein that are offered during a ticketed session

  • Tickets must be purchased with a valid credit card, Public Sweat/Art Spin reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card.

  • Illegal resale of any ticket(s) for Public Sweat is strictly prohibited and can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation. 

  • Tickets are not transferable nor exchangeable for money and are only valid for the date and time selected during the booking process.

  • A maximum of 6 tickets may be purchased by a single individual at a given time

  • If any sessions on a 4-Pass are not booked/redeemed before March 31st, we cannot guarantee that they will be honoured. 4-Pass holders are responsible for redeeming their 4 separate sessions.

AGE & ELIGIBILITY:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to attend Public Sweat, unless accompanied by a legal guardian. 

  • All participants of Public Sweat must be able to present a valid piece of government issued identification if asked. 

  • All participants are required to acknowledge the terms and conditions, including a liability waiver releasing Public Sweat, Art Spin, Harbourfront Centre, Partners, Sponsors and all affiliates from any loss, damage, accident, illness and other items as specified in the waiver below. Any guest who declines the liability waiver will be denied entry without refund or compensation.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

I understand that Art Spin has provided an area for personal belongings to be stored during my visit to Public Sweat, however, I agree that Art Spin is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of my belongings while I participate in Public Sweat. 

ALCOHOL: 

It is advisable to not drink alcohol before or during your time in the saunas. Alcohol also increases the heart rate, which may be further increased by heat. Alcohol, or any drinks other than water, are not allowed inside the saunas or in the general outdoor area. Alcohol may be available for sale on site with a drinking age of 19+. No outside beverages are allowed on site, and Art Spin reserves the right to inspect the bags and/or lockers of its visitors.

SMOKING: 

Both the indoor and outdoor areas at Public Sweat are smoke-free (be it either tobacco or cannabis) environments.
